Public Hearing

ATTENTION!

A Public Hearing will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Willard P. Harris Auditorium, Third Floor, Genesee County Administration Building, 1101 Beach Street, Flint, Michigan, 48502, as part of the Genesee County

Metropolitan Alliance meeting. This public hearing is an opportunity for you to review and comment on the following items: A proposed amendment to the FY 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and corresponding Air Quality Conformity Findings. The TIP lists federally funded transportation projects eligible for funding under Title 23 as amended, or Federal Transit Act funds. This hearing complies with the intent of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU). This process is also being used to meet the public input requirements of the transit Program of Projects. The proposed

amendment and corresponding Air Quality Conformity Findings are available for public review and comment on our website. Call for office hours. The Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission will furnish reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities upon request.
