Friend of Court
The Agency is the investigative and enforcement arm on the Circuit Court in domestic relation matters involving minor children. The Friend of the Court orders relate to the custody of minor children, payment of support, and visitation rights of parents. The Friend of the Court is appointed by the Circuit Court Judges.
