Genesee County Friend of the Court now accepts credit and debit card payments through GovPayNet.  Payments can be made with a major credit, debit or pre-paid debit card, including:

!!!NOTICE!!! While the majority of payments will be processed on the same day as the payment was made; the Friend of the Court CANNOT guarantee same day receipting.  Credit card payments may be delayed due to weekends, furlough days and holidays.        

To make a payment, you will need the following:

• Pay Location Code = 6993
• Payment Amount
• Name of person who is required by the court to pay support
• Social Security Number of the person who is required by the court to pay support
• Date of Birth of person who is required by the court to pay support
