Mission Statement 

On behalf of the County of Genesee, this office provides professional Risk Management services to all customers.  This includes continuing to:

• Enhance the partnership with clients to facilitate superior services
   

• Administer the various insurance programs in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan in a timely and cost efficient manner
   

• Promote a safe and healthy environment for the community and County employees
   

• Assist and advise departments on contracts, insurance requirements, risk exposure assessment and other risk management issues
