Voucher
All requests for payment of court appointed attorney fees must be submitted on line through the circuit court webpage.
The forms may be downloaded to a PC. Retain a copy, if desired.
Submit to: cirvouchers@7thcircuitcourt.com, with a subject matter of “court vouchers.”
If using Microsoft Outlook, use the “submit button.” If other applications, such as hotmail, gmail, comcast, charter or yahoo are used, save the form and submit as an attachment.
Note: You will receive e-mail confirmation of a successful submission.
