George Martini, Controller Welcome to the Genesee County Controller internet site. This site will enable you to become familiar with the workings of the County financial and accounting office. Genesee County employees are able to view and download information regarding travel regulations, travel expense and workshop forms, accounts payable transactions, cut-off dates for travel reports, overtime requests, accounts payable and timesheet due dates.

The Controller is the Chief financial and accounting officer of the County. His primary responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of the County budget; preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (financial statements), audit and payment of claims for goods and services to vendors and employees; auditing records and accounts of County departments; and administration of the Risk Management Program. The Controller is directly responsible to the Genesee County Board of Commissioners.
